Set-up

• AFP Ltd will assign a project producer to any ‘live’ project
• Single point of contact for each production with responsibility for ensuring deadline and brief adherence
• AFP Ltd will provide regular contact reports and organise strategy meetings to ensure brief/objectives being met
• Weekly status updates will be provided for every client on any ‘live project’

Pre-Production

• Commissioning
• Script writing and creative development
• Title sequence and programme ident development
• Cross-platform exploitation.(eg Web site interactivity, publication tie-ins)
• Editorial compliance and sign off.(Self-censoring or OFCOM)
• Scheduling specials.(Omnibus etc.)
• Contracts
• Versioning ie 4 x 3, or NTSC for overseas
